Studio Practice
Saskia Saunders is a British fine artist, she creates handwoven vegan fine art which elevates mindful living.
By bringing the ancient craft of handweaving into contemporary form, her large-scale artworks explore our collective need to live more sustainably, in harmony with nature.
Using exclusively plant-based, vegan yarns such as linen, hemp and paper, Saunders’ textural artworks sensitively bring to interiors a deep sense of connection to natural wellbeing.
Working from her garden studio in the Chiltern Hills, England, Saunders creates original collections of handwoven art, as well as undertaking bespoke commissions for clients, designers and galleries worldwide.
